Exercise Bike

The Exercise Bike uses a 7kg balanced flywheel to ensure users have a completely smooth cycling motion when exercising for enjoyable workouts. The MCL800 has 16 different levels of magnetic resistance that become increasingly difficult, gradually increasing these levels as you become fitter will help keep your workouts beneficial and intense.

The bike also has 12 pre-installed programmes with various workouts to target fat loss and simulate hill training. The MCL800 is designed to accommodate a vast range of users, it has a large user capacity of 18.8 stone and the large cushioned seat pad can be adjusted both horizontal and vertical.

Cross Trainer

The MXT800 has a 7kg balanced flywheel that ensures that it's smooth and silent whilst in operation so you can watch tv or listen to music whilst you train. 12 workout programmes have also been installed onto the computer that can be great to vary your workouts in case you get bored of doing the same one week in week out. The compact nature of the MXT800 also makes it ideal if your tight on space as it's just over a metre in length (116cm).

Rower

The rowers heavy internal flywheel and sealed bearing glide rollers ensure users with an ultra-smooth back and forth rowing motion to provide effective overall body workouts. The R800 uses a quick twist tension dial to adjust 8 varying levels of magnetic resistance.

The R800 provides readout of vital information showing the progression of your workout. Feedback from your workouts is essential for workout progression; it's also an excellent source of motivation. The R800 has a quick fold design that reduces it to a compact 1 metre machine. It's secured safely into a place with a heavy duty lock pin for absolute safety in any home environment.
