The NordicTrack E14.0 elliptical is equipped with a 14kg (30.8lbs) flywheel and the EonS pulley system that ensure flawless function and a balanced spin. Both incline and resistance changes can be easily made using Quick-Touch controls, while a 7" full colour touch screen display provides feedback on crucial workout statistics and a wide choice of 39 programmes. In addition, thanks to the integrated iFit Live module and the 1 year iFit subscription that comes with the machine the user can access over 1000 interactive workouts powered by Google Maps. The cross trainer is supplied with a chest belt for accurate heart rate measurement and features the Energy Return Cushioning system for maximum comfort and minimum muscle fatigue, while its pedals are spaced to provide the most natural stride.
