Featuring The Counterbalance Advantage, it provides reverse assisted resistance to allow you to perform Dips, Chin Ups, Squats or Ab Crunch - 4 fantastic exercises to challenge your limits. By loading weight on the lever, it acts to counterbalance your own bodyweight to deliver a full range of motion and flawless repetitions.In addition to the horizontal and neutral grips, the Swivel Chin Up Bar section also includes a swivel straight bar that allows for close grip access to train the biceps.
