The revolutionary new technology of Wilkinson Sword Hydro 5 puts skincare at the heart of shaving. It has a Lubricating Gel Reservoir, where water interacts with the solid lubricant to create a moisturising gel that hydrates the skin while you shave. The patented reservoir adds moisture with every stroke to reduce irritation and lasts up to twice as long as other ordinary lubricating strips. The razor has 5 Ultra Glide Blades with Protecting Skin Guards, which act to smooth the skin's surface, preventing it from getting caught between the blades as they pass over the face, which considerably reduces irritation. To finish it off, the Hydro 5 Razor has a Flip Trimmer, which is activated with a simple flick of the thumb on the Lubricating Gel Reservoir, causing it to flip back so the top of the blade head can be used to edge and trim, reaching those hard-to-get-to areas such as under the nose. It's much easier to use than standard edging blades as there's no need to turn over the razor to access it.
