This robust free standing heavy punch bag has been engineered to take a good beating, the height adjustable torso uses a multi layered foam design with a tough outer shell that's soft enough to hit but hard enough to ensure long lasting use.

Revolutionary V-Flex technology also means that a flexible collar between the torso and base gives the punch bag flexibility to absorb heavy impacts so you can throw harder punches without the movement from the base. The large drum for the base actually has the capacity to weigh 108kg when water filled however it can be sand filled to weigh 167kg.
