TRACKS Journal is a simple, fun and effective exercise and nutrition diary to help you get results from your training. It's been designed by me, Jamie Aspin, a personal trainer, as a simple to use tool to help you set out your health objectives and track your progress towards achieving them. I've found that regularly filling in a training diary makes working towards a target a lot more fun for my clients. On a week-by-week basis TRACKS Journal will make you decide what your targets are for the coming 7 days and each day will make you accountable for what you do, don't do, eat and don't eat, and much more. There are lots of apps and gadgets out there which aim to make us more motivated to do what we set out to do. But I've found that good old-fashioned writing it down really is the most effective way to fundamentally change our behaviour and get lasting results.
