Throaties Pastilles Strong Original Soft Smooth Soothing for Sore Throats Strong Original Throaties Pastilles are a careful blend of medicated ingredients captured in a soft pastille.They help to clear congestion, ease a tickly cough and soothe the throat. Dose: One pastille to be sucked slowly as required. Adults, the elderly and children over 12 years: Do not take more than 12 pastilles in 24 hours. Children 6-12 years: Do not take more than 8 pastilles in 24 hours. Children 3-6 years: Do not take more than 4 pastilles in 24 hours. Not recommended for children under 3 years. Active ingredients per pastille: Benzoin Tincture BPC 12.65mg, Levomenthol Ph Eur 13.25mg. Other ingredients: Sucrose, glucose, gelatin, honey, liquorice flavour, anise oil, peppermint oil, sodium saccharin, clove oil, carmoisine E122, capsicum, vegetable oil, beeswax and water. Keep medicines out of reach of children.Do not take after the Use By date.Do not take if you are hypersensitive to any ingredients.If symptoms persist consult your doctor. If you take too many pastilles or experience adverse effects which you think may be due to taking the pastilles, consult your doctor or pharmacist.Each pastille contains a total of 2.1g sucrose and glucose - this should be taken into account in patients with diabetes mellitus.If you have been told by your doctor that you have an intolerance to some sugars, contact your doctor before taking this medicinal product.May cause allergic reactions.
