The Platform can be bolted to the floor with any suitable fixings (not supplied) or secured to a 2" box section frame (such as a Smith Machine or Power Cage). The Platform has a full 360 degree swivel design making it ideal for using the equipment in tight workout areas. The Lat Blaster Bar is included in the package and can be secured to the weight plate area of a Standard or Olympic Bar (simply switch to Olympic by removing the standard bar adaptor). Why go to the expense of purchasing a full size T-Bar Row and taking up vital space in the gym, this equipment is truly space saving, when not in use the only space used in your gym will be the Platform (28cm x 13cm). The T Bar row will add size and thickness to your middle back and Lats.
