A complete suspension training set including handle bars and slings, feet cradles with adjustments, heavy duty spring loaded clip , door anchor and aluminium spacer allowing for training anywhere at any time. Everything is made of the highest quality to a standard you would expect from a German manufacturer. The entire product comes with a 3 year full warranty on all parts. Suspension Training is a form of functional training that challenges the entire neuromuscular system by effectively requiring a total body engagement whist performing different training and exercise regimes. The Body Cross suspension system features 8mm polyprophen multi fill ropes instead of straps to avoid scratching and shaving of skin , especially during upper body training.
