Your pelvic floor is a broad band of muscles which support your inner core; the bladder, vagina and rectum, and now firming those muscles is easy!
The Kegel8 Super Kegel Pelvic Floor Exerciser is designed for external exercise. Simply place the exerciser at the top of your legs and squeeze whilst contracting your pelvic floor muscles.
Doing kegels (contractions of the pelvic floor muscles) correctly isn't as easy as you think, so its essential that you perfect the technique before you start using the Super Kegel. Slowly tighten your pelvic floor muscles starting with your anus, as though you are trying to hold in wind. Then tighten your vaginal muscles and squeeze and lift as hard as you can. You should alternate between fast and slow repetitions of this exercise for the best results, and should exercise for five minutes three times per day.
Using the Super Kegel exerciser makes your muscles work harder than they would by simply doing kegels. It's a great addition to an electronic exerciser, and it can tone your thighs and buttocks too.
As your muscles get stronger you can increase the resistance of the exerciser with a simple twist of the dial. This allows you to increase the intensity of exercise at your own pace.
