The scooter is lightweight, the heaviest component weighs only 14kg (31lb), and it easily breaks down into parts, so perfect for transferring and carrying in the boot of your car or storing at home in smaller areas..
The dashboard has illuminated controls and the scooter has reflectors improving visibility at dusk. The St1-D is also fitted with a horn and a warning reversing beep (ideal for those with poor eyesight or difficulty fully looking behind)
The seat is height adjustable, swivels, and is fully cushioned, with the higher clearance between bumper and wheels, this scooter has a smooth ride. As standard the ST1-D is fitted with a front basket that is removable and there is an optional extra rear basket available.
The Drive Medical ST1-D Scooter has a top speed of 4mph with a maximum range, on full batteries of 6 miles. It is ideal as a shopping scooter or taking on day trips, with its on or off board charging and airline friendly batteries it is also ideal for holidays.
