Chlorella is a spherical, single celled, green freshwater algae that has existed on this planet for 2 billion years. Chlorella is actually a micro algae, about the size of a human red blood cell. This Chlorella is the Chlorella Vulgaris variety. Sevenhills Organics Chlorella has had its cell wall cracked to release the nutrients locked inside. The chlorella algae has a very thick, almost indigestible cell wall. The gut can't break it down, so in its normal state, it's essentially just fibre. But when the cell wall is cracked, all of the many nutritional elements locked up in the cell are provided to the body for digestion and assimilation.
Take up to 6 tablets per day. If you find the detox effects too much initially, you may want to decrease your dose and then build it up again.
