Product Description

The ResultSport rocker board is an excellent way to improve balance and proprioception, coordination, whole body stabilization, joint durability, core strength, posture, and increase tone in the muscles of the lower body including the quadriceps, hamstrings and gluteus maximus.

A physiotherapy department would really benefit from having a rocker board to help people with injuries retrain all of the things mention to reduce the recovery time and to prevent further injury. This includes people who have suffered ankle sprains, knee sprains or even had surgery to these areas. Rocker tools would also be great exercise tool to have at your home or in the gym.

The difference between the rocker board and a wobble/ balance board is that the rocker board is a square board and only moves forwards or backwards (useful for ankle flexion and extension exercises) and side to side depending on your position on the board.

It is a 50cm rocker board that is very easy to clean and has a recommended user weight of up to 25 stone. It has a 12 degree tilt what is recommended for beginners and early stage rehabilitation.
