The Reebok ZR10 exercise comes with a 7kg (15lbs) flywheel that ensures smooth operation, while its 32 levels of computer-controlled resistance and 18 challenging programmes guarantee versatile workouts. The programme choice is possible with a single LCD display that also provides feedback on time, speed, distance, calories, pulse, RPM and Watts. The programme options include 12 pre-set routines, 1 manual programme, 1 HR control, 1 Watts and 1 user-defined. Additionally, the bike offers a recovery test and body fat test. The user-defined mode allows for programming your own routine, while with the HR mode, the user can enter their age and select the workout at 55%, 75% or 90% of their maximum heart rate or manually enter the desired number of beats per minute (bpm). The heart rate measurement is achieved with built-in hand pulse sensors which also enable measuring the percentage of body fat. Additionally, thanks to the recovery test, the user can evaluate individual fitness level by measuring the heart rate "recovery" over a 1-minute period.
