Product Description
This red transfer sheet features handles along the full length of three sides for a strong grip and safe patient movement. Handles on the top side of the sheet provide the positive benefit of supporting the patient's head during transfer. The Ultra-glide sheets are used as a pair back to back or as a single sheet. The low friction silicone coated finish to both sides of the fabric provides the carer with the optimum low friction slide for ease of patient movement and turning. The fabric provides the long lasting low friction necessary for stress free patient repositioning manoeuvres. This transfer sheet is intended for Patient Specific use. They are designed to accompany the patient during their stay in hospital and then be disposed of when the patient has has no further use for them. They are not intended for laundering, however lightly soiled sheets may be wiped clean using a dilute chlorine based solution or a good quality sterilisation fluid. The latex free sheet is supplied in red and measures 200 x 71cm with a maximum user weight of 400kg (62 stone). Ultra-glide transfer sheets are not intended for lifting.
