Product Description

A Zafu is a firm pleated crescent cushion associated with meditation. Ideal use for Virasana (Hero pose) by lifting the hips when sat on the cushion to help keep the spine correctly aligned. This meditation cushion can also be used to make various seated postures more comfortable. The Crescent Zafu Cushion is filled with organic buckwheat hulls and has an integral carrying handle. Approx. Weight of the cushion is 2900g (Zafu weights may vary) and is hand made in the EEC. Comes in four colours: Dark Blue, Purple, Grey and Burgundy Red.
