The ProForm 1350 ZLT treadmill is equipped with a built-in 2.75CHP motor, offers a top speed of 20kph (12.4mph) and has Quick Speed controls allowing you to quickly change the speed when needed. The machine features a large (51x147cm) running surface for added comfort and safety and utilises a backlit LCD console providing feedback on the most important workout statistics that include speed, time, incline, distance, calories and heart rate. The heart rate with the 1350 ZLT treadmill can be measured with the pulse grip sensors or for ultimate accuracy a wireless receiver with the Polar T34 chest belt (included) can be used. The machine offers a great selection of 24 pre-programmed workouts which include 4 styles of workout - calorie goal, incline, speed and intensity - with 6 workouts per style. The treadmill features a 12% incline with Quick Incline controls to allow for quick changes in the desired level and to target different muscle groups. It is iFit Live compatible to give you a fantastic possibility of wireless connection between the internet and home fitness equipment, as well as to let you enjoy interactive workouts available with the iFit Live application. The DualFlex cushioning absorbs more impact and guarantees safer workouts, whereas the SpaceSaver design ensures extremely easy folding and unfolding of the treadmill.
