Product Description

The Proform 1250 ZLT treadmill features a 2.75CHP MachZ commercial grade motor. The treadmill achieves a top speed of 12mph and a top incline of 12%. The running surface is 51cm (20") wide by 142cm (55.9") long; it is cushioned with ProShox Elite 2 cushions for better joint and knee protection. The user can choose from 16 pre-set workouts: 4 speed, 4 endurance, 4 interval and 4 calorie goal ones. The workout range can be expanded due to the included iFit module. The module offers the possibility of downloading new trainings and planning routes with Google Earth. The treadmill is also Nike+ compatible (requires Proform Sync, not included). Workout data can be traced on the multi-window LED display. You can measure your heart rate with the use of the hand pulse sensors or telemetrically (chest strap included). The treadmill features an inbuilt Intermix Audio 2.0 system and a dual speed CoolAire to make every run more enjoyable. The speed and incline can be quickly adjusted thanks to the convenient Quick Speed and Quick Incline buttons. The treadmill also offers the workout intensity control option: it lets you adjust the training intensity to your current goals and needs. When not in use, the treadmill can be conveniently folded for easy storage.
