This genuine Polar Ice Shoulder or Hip Wrap, RICE therapy (Rest, Ice, Compression and Elevation) delivers the benefits of ice therapy with compression for soft tissue trauma, the benefits of which have been recognised for decades.By reducing pain and controlling oedema or swelling, cold therapy allows a faster return of normal function. The encapsulated ice packs are filled with purified water and encased in soft fleece material that wicks moisture away and eliminates any movement of the ice wrap during use. The wrap can be easily adjusted with the velcro straps, whilst the fleece wrap conforms to the body and insulates skin to prevent frost bite. It can be used post-surgery, during rehabilitation and following physical activity.
