This genuine Polar Ice Therapy Foot/Ankle Wrap delivers the benefits of cryotherapy with compression for soft tissue trauma, the benefits of which have been recognized for decades. By reducing pain and controlling edema or swelling, cold therapy allows a faster return of normal function. The encapsulated ice packs are filled with purified water and encased in soft fleece material that eliminates any movement of the ice wrap during use. These wraps can be put in the fridge or the freezer depending on how cold you want it, just make sure it is in a sealed plastic bag ready for use.
The wrap can be easily adjusted with Velcro straps, whilst the fleece wrap conforms to the body and insulates skin to prevent frost bite. It can be used post-surgery, during rehabilitation, and following physical activity.
