Basin Bliss is a personal poly blend comfort wrap that protects the neck area from any distress during rinsing/shampooing/conditioning. It is easy to use and lightweight. Just wear like a scarf, hold the ends of the sleeve to maneuver into place and lean back onto the salon shampoo sink. Our product is made in the USA and the pressure gel insert is FDA approved medical grade quality. This product will get wet and is machine washable. If gel insert becomes sticky/tacky from moisture sprinkle with the talc powder and set aside to dry
