The BRONZE icon on the pack indicates a low level of antibacterial strength, which measures a minimum of 30miligram/kg of methylglyoxal (MG), the natural antibacterial compound in genuine manuka honey. The Bronze variety is independently tested for Antibacterial Activity, C4 Carbon Sugars, HMF and Pollen Count. Nelson Manuka Honey is compliant with New Zealand labelling guidelines and is produced and packaged at source in New Zealand. Not blended or heat treated. Store in a cool place below 18 degrees. Honey is not suitable for children under 12 months.
