This is hilarious , it is the novelty horse posing pouch ,. It has a thong back and elasticthong which measures upto a 40" waist . The horse is supersoft fur so gentlemen making it very comfortable to wear . It has the ears eyes and nostrils . Its simply fabulous I love it !!!!!!!!!!
