The McDavid 478 thigh wrap compresses and supports soft tissue while retaining therapeutic heat, which results in reduction of muscle strains and pulls. Manufactured from thermal neoprene with nylon facing on both sides, the wrap delivers therapeutic heat to injury to promote healing and pain reduction. It has a fully adjustable Velcro closure and universal sizing. Please note, however, that it can't be applied over open wounds, nor can it be used if your skin is susceptible to dermatitis, if you have an allergy to rubber or circulation problems.
