Inversion Boots Anti Gravity AND Chin Pull Up Door Bar Home Gym Exercise Abs
    Inversion Gravity Boots
Gravity boots are ankle supports designed to allow a person to hang upside down. These have a number of benefits and are used by people for different reasons, some use them for the relief of back pain and headaches by increasing the oxygen flow to the brain, while others use gravity boots to add an extra challenge to workouts, doing inverted crunches or squats. However, there are other people who use them to increase blood flow to the brain, in the belief that it facilitates thinking. Whatever use you have for them, we can assure you that you will not be disappointed with the quality of the product.

    Chin/Pull Up Door Bar
This is a great addition to your at home training program, the Power Star Chin-Up Bar is not only perfect for chin-up exercises but it can also be used as a foot anchor for sit-ups and crunches or with Gravity Boots. Comfortable foam grips are secured to the bar to minimize hand fatigue.
The bar extends from both ends so you can keep the hand grips centred in the doorway so you'll never have one hand on one piece of pipe and the other on a smaller piece of pipe. You could also intentionally offset the centre bar if you wanted for any reason.
The way the bar extends is like a turn-buckle where one side unscrews turning clockwise and the other counter-clockwise. This means you can get really good tension on the bar easily.
