The beauty of this design is that it doesn't compromise the build quality or durability of the bench which is a recurring issue with folding designs, the UB3000 can still comfortably hold users ranging up to 21 stone.
As expected it covers the full range of back rest angle adjustments which can easily be changed by placing the back support stem into the multiple hooks for flat, decline, incline and military angles. Thick, foam upholstery ensures good solid lumbar support and will feel more than comfortable for training on, foam roller pads at the front can also be used for hooking your legs into to keep you secure to the bench for greater stability.
