The RS7000 Home Gym Smith Machine from the Marcy Eclipse range is your complete 'all in one' machine providing all of your training requirements in one versatile cage. It throws together the benefits of a free weight cage, smith machine and multi gym without compromising on quality, for starters a pair of swivelling high pulley stations can be used together for cable cross or independently, you then have a low pulley with a foot plate for seated rows and also a pec dec system for chest definition.

You then have the absolute safety of the smith bar so you can train without the need for a spotter, if you prefer to train with a free weight barbell though then bar and safety catchers at the front have that covered for you too. The bench is fully adjustable through the full range of angles and can be pulled out of the cage to use with dumbbells and for access to the smith cage for squats etc. The RS7000 clearly has plenty of features but this is backed up with sheer quality too, the steel cables are rated to 2000lbs and the pulley wheels use bearings for a smoother feel, the frame is heavy gauge steel on the bench and cage allowing each piece to hold up to 135kg / 300 lbs. Whatever your training requirements the RS7000 gym should be able to accommodate for the lot.
