Measure your blood pressure:
Tips :

• 30 minutes before reading: Avoid eating, drinking alcoholic or caffeinated beverage. No exercise or bathing.
  
• 15 minutes before reading: Rest yourself before measuring.


• Measure your left wrist.

Measuring:

• Rest arm on a table with palm facing upward.


• Raise your palm so that the cuff is in same level to your heart.


• Press button to start measuring.


• Take the reading when completed.

Recommendations:
As blood pressure various slightly during the day, take your reading in same period everyday for ease of your reference.
