Linseeds, or commonly known as Flax are used in our special heat pack for the eyes and are especially good for relief of symptoms such as dry eyes, blepharitis, and MGD (Meibomian Gland Dysfunction) as well as providing general comfort and warmth to the eyes. The cotton eye mask comes filled with Linseeds which are often recommended to provide relief to common eye conditions such as dry eyes and Blepharitis.
