The ST-OBA encompasses the Olympic bench, a bicep curl attachment, and the leg curl/extension attachment all in one. The bench can be fixed in multiple positions with the rack for several incline and decline exercises such as bench presses, shoulder presses, and more. Changing the back rest position only takes seconds, and even the seat angle can be adjusted for greater comfort. The rack also incorporates angled weight horns for easy plate storage and comes with an adaptor so you can use either standard or Olympic sized plates.

The ST-OBA is constructed of heavy duty, 13 gauge, 2 inch square and rectangular steel tubing for durability. Not only is the frame built for a lifetime, but it's also warranted for a lifetime! Pads are 2.5 inches thick, high density foam and surrounded by double stitched vinyl upholstery for your comfort. The frame is finished in a baked on powder coat black and grey finish for a sleek look that certainly that will never go out of style.
