Squeeze your way to a stronger pelvic floor with the help of Kegel8 Vaginal Cones!Just like any other kind of exercise, your pelvic floor muscles work harder and become stronger when they have something to work against. If you want to achieve bulging biceps it's no good simply flexing your muscles; you need some resistence, which is why you'll lift weights.
The concept is the same for your pelvic floor; doing your usual kegels is great, but its so much more effective when the muscles have something to work against, and Kegel8 Vaginal Cones are the perfect tool for this. There are 3 individual cones of varying weights and sizes; the idea is that you insert the largest, lightest cone first as your muscles are relatively weak. You do your usual kegel exercises with the cone inserted and the unique indicator wand will show if you are lifting and squeezing your muscles correctly by moving downwards.
The weights included are:
1 large pale pink 24g toner
1 medium pink 37g toner
1 small dark pink 48g toner
After regular exercise with the largest cone you will find that your muscles are strong enough to hold the medium size cone, which is slightly smaller and heavier. You continue exercising until your muscles are even stronger, at which point you can try using the small, heavy cone; one for real kegel experts!
The cones come with a 12 week exercise plan to guide you through exercising and increasing your strength in more detail. Vaginal cones are not recommended for women with prolapse. If you suffer from prolapse it is advised that you use an electronic stimulation machine.
