Active Ingredients: Hops 45mg, Valerian Extract 33.75mg, Gentian Extract 22.5mg.
Also contains: Sucrose
Directions:
Adults and Children aged 12 and over: Swallow 2 tablets three times a day with water after meals.
Not recommended for children under 12 years old.
Do not take if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
Do not take any non essential medication when pregnant or breast-feeding.
You must contact doctor if symptoms worsen or do not improve after 7 days.
Kalms tablets may make you feel sleepy.
