Each Mat is 1 metre x 1 metre x 20mm thick giving coverage of 1 square metre (39 3/8" x 39 3/8" x 3/4" thick giving coverage of 10.76sqft). Mats interlock but are also supplied with 2 straight edges per mat for that perfect finish. These mats are designed and made specifically for higher impact sports and recreation. These mats are ideal for: Martial Arts, Judo, Karate, Gyms, Boxing, Safety Mats High Traffic Nurseries, Yoga & Pilates, Aerobics, For exercising they will reduce the risk of injury and improve your comfort. Waterproof and easy to clean. Each mat is 20mm (3/4") thick giving great comfort. More than one pack can be purchased to cover larger area as they interlock. One mat covers 1 square metre ( 10.76 square feet) including edges. To calculate the area you need to buy take the width of the area and times by the length of the area you want to cover. e.g. if area is 2 meters x 2 meters you will need 4square meters (2 x 2 = 4) Always buy a little over to ensure you cover the whole area. We recommend to buy slightly over to allow for tolerances. For awkward shapes you can easily cut the mats with a sharp saw. Mats are reversible (can be used on both sides) with Black colour on one side and Yellow on back. Not boring old black !
