Similar to the FT2 package, the Inspire smith cage system is an “all in one” functional trainer. The main difference being instead of an integrated smith bar connected to the weight stack (as found on the Inspire FT2) the smith cage system functions as a conventional smith machine using weight plates but also has the luxury of having dual height adjustable high/low pulleys, 2 narrow high pulleys and 2 narrow low pulleys. These pulleys are linked to 2x 73kg weight stacks allowing you to work with cabled exercises as well as the heavier compound lifts. This makes the Inspire smith cage system incredibly versatile and essentially combines a dual adjustable pulley and a smith machine making it ideal for personal training studio’s short on space or even home users who want an all in one machine.

The inspire smith cage system also comes fully loaded with an inspire FID bench with both the leg extension/curl attachment and the preacher curl attachment. A height adjustable pull-up bar, 2 long and short stirrup handles and a utility strap.
