USAGE:
**For pain in vascular pathologies, put the cream-balm in a thin layer on the problem areas and gently rub up toward the veins, 2-3 times a day for 15 days.
**With arthritic pain, put plenty of cream-balm on the trouble spots, massage for 1-2 minutes, then leave until completely absorbed, twice a day for 10-15 days.
**To relieve the pain associated with leg injuries (bruises, sprains, and strains), put the cream-balm on the problem area in a thin layer and leave until completely absorbed.
**To relieve swelling and bruising, put the cream-balm on the problem area in a thin layer and rub with light, massaging movements.
**For lymphatic drainage massage, rub plenty of the cream-balm on the trouble spots and massage for 5-7 minutes, then leave until completely absorbed.
**For wraps for varicose veins, rub plenty of the cream-balm on the trouble spots and massage for 2-3 minutes, then bandage with elastic bandage.
RECOMMENDATIONS: After all the above procedures, it is advisable to place your feet in an elevated position (the roller) and remain with your legs raised for 15-20 minutes.
