Capsules containing 300mg of water soluble fibre from the rind membranes and juice sacs of grapefruit. Soluble fibre may help reduce calorie intake by promoting a feeling of "fullness" and slowing down the rate of absorption of sugars reducing cravings caused by low blood glucose. As part of a nutritionally balanced diet Grapefruit Pectin Fibre may help maintain normal cholesterol levels. Adequate levels of dietary fibre in the diet help to maintain regularity.
