What size exercise ball do you need?
If you are 5'0" - 5'4" you will require our GoFLX 55cm Exercise Ball

Blowing Up Instructions
To inflate simply insert the pump connector, and start pumping. To get it to the right inflation size, measure the ball's circumference around its widest part with a measuring tape. If this is 172cm the ball has a 55cm diameter, if it is 204cm, it has a 65cm diameter and if it measures 235cm it has a 75cm diameter. Simply inflate to the required diameter. Once inflated, quickly remove the pump connector and insert the stopper pin.
