The 28 Detox Foot Patches come in a clear packet (2 patches per packet, one for each foot) that is applied to the soles of the feet. After only one night of body detox, there may be significant changes to the smell and colour of the patch from brown to greyish black as it reflects the amount and degree of toxins which were extracted from the body.
