Table sweetener, based on steviolglycosides in powder form - Daforto Stevia Gold is the star of the stevia products in our range of articles. Due to the concentration of 98% rebaudioside A, which is the strongest component of the stevia plant, Daforto Stevia Gold has a 480-fold sweetness in comparison to sugar. Therefore, Daforto Stevia Gold can be dosed very sparingly to reach the desired outcome.

Ingredients: Daforto Stevia Gold contains 10 grams of pure stevia extract with a concentration of 98 percent rebaudioside A. It is supplied in a resealable can.

Note: The European Commission decided in November 2011 to allow the use of steviolglycosides in the food sector starting December 2011 (EU Regulation No. 1131/2011). The regulation requires that the used stevia extract has to contain at least 95 percent steviolglycosides. The product meets this requirement.
