D-Mannose is a naturally occurring sugar molecule that can be found in some plants, including cranberries. Unlike most sugars we consume, D-Mannose isn't readily metabolised or used for energy, instead it passes through the urinary tract unchanged, where it can adhere to undesirable bacteria. Due to this, D-Mannose does not directly affect the body's blood sugar levels and is often used as a natural form of bladder support.
To maintain a healthy bladder, we recommend taking 1 tablet of D-Mannose in the evening, For urgent support we recommend taking 2 tablets every 4 hours.
