Our bonmedico orthopaedic ring cushion made from gel and memory foam is specifically designed as a discreet solution to relieve pain and discomfort associated with haemorrhoids (piles) as well as post-natal and post-operative pain. Unlike other haemorrhoid cushions, a circular opening in the centre of the bonmedico donut cushion alleviates pressure on the pelvic, perineal and anal region, thus reducing pain. By gently elevating the buttocks, the surgical ring cushion promotes healthy posture and natural alignment of the spine while sitting. Blood circulation is also improved by reducing the pressure on the underside of the thigh and buttocks from the hard edges of chairs. The gel layer and memory foam together significantly reduce pain and pressure. The gel donut cushion has a removable zippered suede cover, which can be washed at 30°C (86°F) with similar colours.
