This is the brilliant new R60 Rowing Machine from Bodymax. A great addition to any home gym, it sports all the main features you'd expect from a commercial level rower at cheap prices. The multi functional console displays useful data to the user including; calories burned, number of rows, rate of rows per minute and duration of workout. This is an attractive piece of equipment, and when folded away has a very small footprint in the room in which it is situated. The 7kg flywheel is very smooth and is virtually silent due to the 8 stage magnetic resistance which is adjusted by turning an ergonomically designed dial. Velcro foot straps securely hold feet in place. Wheels are located at the front of the machine, making movement very easy (when folded). Maximum user weight: 100 kg
