Arm protrudes out 24" for 360 degree movement around heavy bag while working out. Holds heavy bags up to 250 lbs. A heavy duty steel gauge Bracket incorporating tripod stabilizing arms for minimal sideways movement and metal fatigue. The reinforced construction allows the heaviest bag to be held easily. Four bolt points hold the bracket tightly against the wall. Wall construction should be breeze block or brick only.
