The African Mango (Irvingia Gabonensis) is a tree grown mainly in Ghana, Ivory Coast, Benin and on the island of Sao Tome and Principe, whose fruit is consumed heavily in West Africa and according to research conducted by Dr. Julius E. Oben Yaounde University (Cameroon), has the ability to inhibit fat production by acting on certain genes and enzymes that regulate metabolism.
Their study, published in the "Lipids in Health and Disease", conducted the study on 102 adults, that without exercise, on average lost 12.7 kg in 10 weeks.
It also noted a beneficial effect on glucose levels and LDL (bad cholesterol).
Among study participants, no side effects were noted.
Composition
African Mango (200 mg dry extract), corn starch, dibasic dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, apple cider vinegar (25 mg), Açaí (12.5 mg dry extract equivalent to 50 mg), Artichoke (7.14 mg dry extract equivalent to 50 mg), green tea (dry extract 4,54 mg equivalent to 50 mg) and magnesium stearate.
How to use
As a supplement to the diet, take one (1) tablet, three (3) times daily with meals.
