Maintaining stationary sitting positions for prolonged periods of time can lead to serious health problems such as Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT), poor circulation, muscle weakness atrophy and feet and leg swelling. People at risk of these health problems include the elderly and partially immobile people, office employees, drivers, and travelers on aircraft, trains and coaches.
The 3R Foot Exerciser helps the individuals to perform Feet and Legs exercises while they are seated and helps preventing serious health complications.
The 3R Foot Exerciser is available in three different strengths; EASY, MEDIUM and HARD thus making it accessible to a wide variety of users.
How to use:
The 3R Foot Exerciser is to be used with one leg at a time whilst seated and wearing suitable footwear. The exerciser must be placed firmly on the floor with the anti-slip base support (rubber part) in contact with the floor and the spring side facing away from you.
There are three possible exercises with this device:
1) Rest the heel of your foot on the floor whilst placing the ball of your foot on the exerciser foot rest and apply pressure against it by repeating an up and down motion as in the first picture.
2) Place the ball of your foot on the exerciser foot rest whilst elevating the heel of your foot from the floor and applying pressure against it by repeating an up and down motion as in the second picture.
3) Place the heel of your foot on the exerciser foot rest and apply pressure against it, repeating an up and down motion as in the third picture.
Repeat these exercises for both feet as desired.
Warning:
Consult your GP before undertaking any physical exercises and stop immediately if you feel any pain.
Do not use whilst driving.
