Functions:
1. Place the trays in your mouth directly to prevent teeth grinding at night and protect your teeth during sports. No need to be softened with hot water.
2. Ideal for teeth whitening as well.

Instructions for teeth whitening:
a. Submerge the mouth trays into more than 80°C hot water for 5 seconds, remove the tray from the hot water and let it cool for 10 seconds
b. Place the trays on your teeth to form an impression
c. Trim the formed trays, cutting at the gum-line
d. Apply the whitening gel in each tray to whiten your teeth

NOTE: The whitening gel is not included.
