It is stimulating and aids concentration. * Lemon oil is expressed from the fresh rind of the fruit, which turn yellow as they ripen. Lemon essential oil has a clean, fresh, citrus smell and is stimulating, invigorating and energising. * Juniper has a hot, peppery, pine like aroma. * Bergamot oil is extracted from the peel of the nearly ripe, bitter orange fruit.
