It has a calming yet refreshing aroma and has been used in skincare products since the 18th century. * Geranium is a popular and attractive plant with small pink flowers, the oil is steam distilled from the fresh flowers, leaves and stalks. It has a rosy sweet aroma. * The Lemon tree is a small thorny evergreen with sweet fragrant flowers. The essential oil is expressed from the fresh rind of the fruit, which turn yellow as they ripen. Lemon essential oil has a clean, fresh, citrus smell and is stimulating, invigorating and energising. * Clary sage oil is extracted by steam distillation from the flowering tops and leaves of this perennial herb.
