**BACK IN STOCK APRIL 2019**Scar-Cote Silicone Gel Scar Dressing Sheet is made of medical grade silicone, effective in preventing the formation of new scars and reducing the appearance of existing scars. It is widely used for hypertrophic and keloid scars after cesarean and hysterectomy treatment sites acne scars and breast augmentation. Effective treatment and clinically proven to significantly improve the appearance of scars.
Directions:
1) Wash your hands before use and then clean the scar and surrounding skin with mild soap. Thoroughly dry the area before applying Scar-Cote.
2) Cut the sheet to to size of the scar whilst allowing a little overlap all the way around. The remaining can be stored for later use.
3) Apply Scar-Cote, adhesive side down, to the scar without stretching the dressing. You may use medical tape if scar is in an awkward position.
Scar-Cote can safely be used for up to 12hours a day. The longer you wear it the better. The first 2-3days the dressing should be applied for 4 hours daily increasing by 2 hours each day until you reach a 12hour usage.
Wash the dressing gently with mild soap and clean water. Dry with a non-linted towel before applying again. Scar-Cote should be replaced after 14-21 days.
