Designed for use with your existing seat post mount, this plate allows the Travoy Trailer hitch to be attached to a rear pannier rack. Four Bolts are included secure the bracket to the pannier rack, pre drilled with two holes for fitting the seat post hitch. Additional Travoy hitch sold separately.
